How long does it take to complete this program?

In as little as 6 months and no longer than 12 months. It depends on how much you desire to accomplish.

How do I schedule my 1:1 coaching session with Carrie?

Once you register for the program, you will be emailed a link directly to Carrie’s coaching calendar with dates and times to choose from that work best for you.

What if once I get into this program, I learn it’s just not for me?

Although we would hate to see you go, if you decide it is not a good fit, you have 30 days from registration to get your money back minus the $200 US fee for the leadership assessment if you have already initiated that. 

Can I download more than one learning module at a time?

Part of your success in the program means giving the time and dedication to completing one module at a time. Each module has a number of lessons you must complete in order to move onto the next topic module.

How much time should I devote to completing each module?

Each module is comprised of between 3 and 6 lessons. Each lesson will take you approximately 30 minutes within the learning portal plus the amount of time it takes you personally to complete the learning assignments. Typically, learning assignments can range from 1 hour to a few days depending on the complexity of the assignment.

Will I get a certificate of completion after I finish the learning program?

You most certainly will! And it will be print ready for you!

CARRIE McHALE REED

Carrie McHale Reed is president of the McHale Group, LLC. She holds an undergraduate degree in psychology, and a Master of Science in organizational behavior management. For nearly 30 years, Carrie has worked as both a corporate leader and consultant (including for a “Big Four” firm), leading highly effective teams in healthcare, telecommunications, pharmaceutical research, transportation, and energy, among other industries. She is a sought-after executive leadership coach and has taught university courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
